At Glowee, client satisfaction and genuine transformation are our top priorities. We are committed to providing proper guidance, customized diet plans, motivation, doctor support, and lifestyle coaching to help every client achieve the best possible results.
Refunds may be considered only under the following terms and conditions:
* The client must follow the complete customized plan, diet routine, lifestyle guidelines, and instructions provided by the Glowee team consistently throughout the program duration.
* Regular follow-ups, progress updates, and communication with the assigned coach/dietician are mandatory.
* Results may vary from person to person depending on body type, metabolism, medical conditions, hormonal balance, lifestyle habits, consistency, sleep cycle, stress levels, and physical activity.
* Refund requests will not be considered if the client fails to follow the plan properly, skips meals, does not maintain consistency, or discontinues the program midway.
* Any medical condition, ongoing medication, hormonal issue, or health complication must be informed before starting the program.
* Glowee does not guarantee the same results for every individual, as every body responds differently.
* Refund eligibility, if applicable, will be reviewed only after completing the minimum committed program duration and following all program guidelines sincerely.
* The management reserves the right to verify progress records, follow-up history, and compliance before approving any refund.
By enrolling in the program, the client agrees to the above terms, understands that healthy transformation is a gradual process, and accepts that sustainable results require consistency, dedication, and proper lifestyle changes.
